Commerce Bank offers online, in person and phone applications, including a service for TTY users or for the hearing impaired.  They offer online and seven day branch banking with a 24 hour bank-by-phone system.  Convenient calculators and a home financing FAQ on their website allow the potential borrower to review the available data and formulate an informed decision.  Commerce Bank’s loan representatives will be happy to aid in the decision making process and guide the customer through the loan procedure.  

Recently Commerce Bank’s efforts to be America’s most convenient bank were made manifest in the results of the J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Retail Banking Satisfaction Study released in March of 2006.  According to the study, Commerce ranks “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Retail Banking in New York.  Among banks included in the New York metro region, Commerce receives the highest ratings in five of the six factors, and 73 percent of Commerce customers report never having experienced a problem in their banking interactions with the financial institution – 9 percentage points higher than the New York region average.”  In addition to offering a high level of customer satisfaction, Commerce Bank also supports an array of community services and activities.
