Most of these loan products can be funded for single family dwellings, condos, 2-4 unit dwellings and some rural properties.  Owner occupied and non-owner occupied financing is available.  Prospective borrowers may apply for both pre-qualification and loans online.  A representative will contact the customer if he/she so desires, or by using the office locator the borrower may choose to visit a Fieldstone loan office.  The borrower may also track his/her application online.
